The only way to contact us is via e-mail at contact@shopMOCO.com.  We answer e-mails M-F and you will receive an auto-reply to let you know that your e-mail was received.  Please allow us up to 48 business hours to respond to your e-mails.  We pride ourselves on customer service and look forward to providing you with the best possible shopping experience!

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping is $7 flat rate and free at $150 and free for 24 hours after you place an order.  Once you place your order, we cannot intercept it to make changes due to the volume of orders we fulfill.  However, if you place another website order within a 24 hour period, please e-mail us so that we can issue you a coupon for free shipping off your next purchase. 

This website is not linked to the invoicing system we use on Facebook (Comment Sold), and therefore, there is no way for us to give you free shipping for 24 hours when using both platforms.  However, we will sometimes offer a coupon code on our live sales that is valid on the website for one hour after the sale. 

We do not offer local pick up at this time due to the location of our warehouse and the terms of our lease agreement.

RETURNS

We offer store credits only. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via e-mail at contact@shopmoco.com. You will get a reply with exchange instructions. We offer exchanges only for store credit issued in the form of a credit to use on Comment Sold (our app and anything that is sold on Facebook). Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent.

If you wish to exchange your item:

-Please e-mail us at contact@shopmoco.com for an exchange authorization.

-Please do NOT return items before getting authorization by email.

-The buyer pays for return shipping.

-Exchanges must include the packing slip you received with the items (or printed receipt). If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.

Damaged items - If an item you are trying to return is damaged in any way please let us know and provide a photo of the damaged item as well.

Items cannot be returned via drop off; they must be shipped so that we can ensure your items are received and accounted for. Items returned smelling of smoke, perfume or have pet hair or appear to be not clean or worn will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back are sent back in a plastic bag to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.

Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange including DOORBUSTERS, anything that is discounted, undergarments, jewelry or other items deemed as final sale in live videos, wall drops, etc. Once your item has been received, you will receive an e-mail, indicating that you have been issued a credit.

If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy, your exchange will not be able to be processed. If we receive your item and are unable to process your exchange for this reason, we will keep your items until you pay for return shipping to have them sent back to you.
